REWARDS OF CHARITY

A TREE IN PARADISE

Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said:

Generosity is a tree in Paradise whoever is generous will catch one of its branches and the branch will not leave him till it admits him in Paradise. And niggardliness is a tree in Hell whoever is a miser will catch one of its branches and the branch will not leave him Till it will admits him in Hell." (Baihaqi)

Points to Ponder

· Care for a tree in Paradise? Be generous!  The Messenger (PBUH) said:

''A person who gives in charity so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand has given will be under the shade of Allah's throne on the day of Resurrection "(Bukhari)

· Give secretly: Allah will give you His shade on the Last Day. Rasulullah (PBUH) said:

"The generous man is near Allah, near Paradise near the Angels, near the people and far from Hell ... " (Trimidhi)

Be generous, be with Allah. THE SUCCESSFUL The Prophet (PBUH) said: "

There is no day wherein a servant gets up at morning but two angels of mercy come down. One of them says: O Allah! Give the charitable man success. Another says. O Allah! Give the miser destruction."(Ahmad)

· Avoid destruction, be successful. The Messenger (PBUH) said:

" Whosoever spends two kinds of a thing in the way of Allah will be called from doors of paradise ... Whoever belong to the persons of charity will be called from the door of charity." (Trimidhi)

·Be charitable and earn Paradise EVEN AFTER DEATH Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:

"When a person dies, his actions come to an end except in respect to three things that he leaves behind: a continuous charity, beneficial knowledge that helps others, and righteous children who pray for him." (Muslim & Tirmidhi)

·You can earn your reward after death. WITH ALLAH'S PLEASURE. Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said:

"Verily, charity appeases the wrath of Allah and eases the sufferings of death". (Trimidhi)
