A piece of fruit or a bowl of sliced vegetables is healthful, tasty snack. It has many of the nutrients you need to stay healthy. It also costs little money, considering all the nutrients it contains.
Some candy and soft drinks have caffeine in them. Caffeine is a natural chemical found in chocolate, coffee, tea and most cola drinks. Too much caffeine in the diet can make people jittery. It can keep people awake when they need fall asleep. It can cause a stomachache or a burning feeling in the stomach. Milk, water and fruit juice are more healthful drinks than coffee, tea or cola drinks.
