The Dawahnigeria project is a huge initiative crafted to address the present and future needs of Nigerian Muslims. Our goal, as a body, is to expand the frontiers of IT in the propagation of Islam.
The dynamic nature of IT imposes dynamism on our methodology.

The MARKETPLACE project intends to bridge the gap between Nigeria Muslim writers (scholars and intellectuals) and the Ummah.
With this portal, we intend to encourage intellectualism among Nigerian Muslims. Another critical goal is partnering with scholars to enable them profit from their works.

Below are the other projects we have worked on:

Dawahcast(R): Provision of lecture in audio format of more than 20 resource persons in 4 languages (English, Hausa, Igbo & Yoruba)

Dawahnigeria Articles: Provision of quality articles from various sources. The well tagged articles cover almost 70 topic areas relevant to both Muslims and non-Muslims. A redesign is to be launched in Ramadan 1433

Dawahnigeria Careers: Career blog and provision of job openings from various companies in Nigeria and 15 other countries. This portal has been shut down. A new portal would be launched in Ramadan 1433 with a modified mission.

Dawahnigeria Qur’an: Provision of qur’an recitations in various Nigerian intonations.

Dawahnigeria News Service (DNS): An innovative news portal that aggregates news from tens of news sources all over the world. The news items are creatively grouped and displayed either as text or an overlay over a map. Users can also search, print news and subscribe to feeds.

Dawahnigeria Hotspot: An innovative approach to create secondary and tertiary audience for selected resource persons allowing local and international users to consistently follow-up on their weekly programs. It is part of the dawahcast project.

Dawahnigeria Ramadan Portal: Initiative to enable people follow-up on daily tafseer sessions of numerous centers across the country. In Ramadan 1433, we monitored 7 centers. In 1434, hope to monitor 13-15 centers. It is also part of the dawahcast project.

Dawahnigeria Apps Center: A center built to showcase various apps built by our team.

Dawahnigeria Quiz: A quiz app with almost 4500 objective questions (easy, intermediate and advanced), with answers and little explanation on various areas of Islamic field of knowledge.

Dawahnigeria Desktop Station: A slimmed down version of dawahnigeria articles, fatawa and multimedia that runs on a compact disk or flash drive.

Launched in Ramadan 1434

- Dawahnigeria Showcase: Pinterest-like display of Islamic art, calligraphy, mosques and other beneficial images by NIGERIAN designers. Aims to be a central point for Nigerian designers who signup and upload their works.

- Dawahnigeria Qur'an Service: A 24/7 quran station that streams quran from various Nigerian reciters. The stream would be available in the following channels: Android app, iPad app, iPhone app, Blackberry app, Windows sidebar widget and mobile-optimized Web version.

- Dawahnigeria Marketplace: An online store to sell dawah works of various resource persons, magazine subscriptions etc. It is primarily for assisting and encouraging resource persons to publish and profit from their quality works.
